The time it takes for reports to be delivered to your email will vary depending on the number of data sources, the length of the requested report, and how busy the service is.
How can reports be sent to email?
Reports can be sent from the Static reporting area using the Run report to email option or we can set up reports to run on a regular schedule for you.
Reports with a small number of data sources will typically arrive within 20 minutes, whereas longer reports containing hundreds or thousands of data sources could take a few hours.
Running reports during busy periods will impact the time it takes for reports to be delivered by email. Please be aware that a high volume of reports are run on the first of the month, and so please be patient with us.
